Welcome to Penobscot Bay Real Estate. Established in June 2008, we are a partnership of three brokers with a collective experience of almost 40 years.
We are located at 28 Elm Street in Rockland overlooking the Farnsworth Sculpture Garden. We are unique in that we only provide client level service for Buyers and Sellers in a relaxed and confidential atmosphere.

June was born in Ireland, brought up in Manhattan and has lived and worked throughout the U.S. Looking for a better life for her young family, she moved to Maine in the 70's and has spent most of the last thirty years as a REALTOR in the Mid-Coast.
June has been a Director and President of her local Board and Council. She has been elected REALTOR of the year by her fellow REALTORS and has won many awards, including top producer (on a number of occasions). She also holds the GRI designation. June's many years of experience, knowledge and professionalism brings her clients the highest level of service possible, whether they are first-time-home-buyers or sellers and buyers of residential, summer or commercial property. Many of her clients have become good friends and have returned often to June to buy or sell real estate
June enjoys her spare time with family and friends. She also finds enjoyment in decorating her home and gardens, walking, exercising and listing and selling real estate.

Born and brought up in Cape Elizabeth, Jim has lived in the Mid-Coast Region for the past thirty five years and has an intimate knowledge of the coast from Boothbay to Castine. He particularly enjoys working with buyers who are just discovering the incredible beauty and diversity of this special part of Maine.
Jim has traveled extensively throughout Europe, the U.S. and much of Canada. The opportunity to travel to distant places has strengthened his conviction that the Penobscot Bay Region of Maine is clearly the best place on the planet. He believes protecting this special part of the world is a responsibility of those of us lucky enough to live here and that we should all do our part to ensure that it retains its unique qualities. To that end, Jim has been a two term member of the Rockport Planning Board, a steward for Coastal Mountains Land Trust and a member of the Rockport Conservation Commission.
He was a former Director of the Saint George River Council of REALTORS and has been a Top Producer for one of the Mid-Coast's most active agencies. Jim will bring that same passion and commitment to you whether you are buying or selling property
When not sailing his sloop Dazy, Jim can be found gardening, inspecting "his" preserve on Ragged Mountain or photographing his favorite places. He also enjoys fly fishing, skiing, music, wooden boats and the fabulous art that abounds here

Heidi grew up in Bath, but has lived on both the East Coast and the West Coast. She moved her young family many times with the military, but "Maine is and always will be the best place to live".
Heidi has been a full time Real Estate Broker for eleven years, specializing in historic properties and luxury homes. She began her real estate career in southern Maine, but after moving to Rockland in 2005 she has fallen in love with the Mid-Coast community and it's wonderfully vibrant and outgoing people.
Heidi combines her years of training, experience and knowledge of the business, with enthusiasm, integrity and professionalism to ensure her clients a pleasant experience in what can be a very emotional time. Her keen sense of understanding her clients' needs and her willingness to listen and devote herself full time to her job sets Heidi apart from the rest. She notes that she is "a people person first and foremost and it is of utmost importance that I treat my clients with the same trust and respect with which I wish to be treated" She also points out that it is important to have a sense of humor.
When she is not selling real estate, Heidi enjoys gardening, traveling and entertaining friends and family. On Tuesday evenings in the summer you will find Heidi racing across Penobscot Bay in one of the Rockland Yacht Club weekly races.
